Die Hauptorgel der Stadtpfarrkirche wurde 1991 von der Orgelbaufirma Pflüger aus Feldkirch/Vorarlberg erbaut. Die Disposition wurde von Dr. Franz Karl Praßl erstellt. Außerdem verfügt die Kirche noch über ein Truhenpositiv (Heftner I/3).
